Selectmen: The selectmen meet at the Town Office on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:00pm.

The public is welcome.  Public comment during these meetings are limited to 2 minutes per person so if you have an issue that you would like the selectmen to discuss, please contact one of the selectmen or the town manager prior to any regularly scheduled meeting.

Assessors:  The assessors meet at the town office on the 3rd Wednesday of the Month at 5:30pm.

Planning Board:  The planning board meets at the town office on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at 6:00pm.

Library Trustees:  The library trustees meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 8:00 am at the library.                       

Budget Committee:  The budget committee meets as needed for budget proposals.

SAD 54 Board of Directors:  The school board meets the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month at 7:00pm during the school year.

Sewer Commissioners:  The sewer commissioners meet as needed.

Road Planning Committee:  The road planning committee meets as needed.

Recreation Department:  The recreation department meets as needed.

Airport Advisory Committee:  The airport advisory committee meets as needed.

Oosoola Park Committee:  The Oosoola Park Committee meets as needed.

Mass Gathering Committee:  The mass gathering committee meets as needed.

Water District:  The water district committee members meet on the 1st Thursday of every month at 12:00 noon at the water district office.

5/9/13 - The professional assessor, Donna Hays will be in the town office from 8:30am to 3:30pm.  She does leave the office at times throughout the day so if you  need to see her, please call the town office at 634-2252 to schedule a time to meet with her.
