Selectmen: The selectmen meet at the Town Office on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:00pm.

The public is welcome.  Public comment during these meetings are limited to 2 minutes per person so if you have an issue that you would like the selectmen to discuss, please contact one of the selectmen or the town manager prior to any regularly scheduled meeting.

Assessors:  The assessors meet at the town office on the 3rd Wednesday of the Month at 5:30pm.

Planning Board:  The planning board meets at the town office on the 1st Monday of the month at 6:00pm.

Library Trustees:  The library trustees meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 9:00 am at the library.                       

Budget Committee:  The budget committee meets as needed for budget proposals.

SAD 54 Board of Directors:  The school board meets the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month at 7:00pm during the school year.

Sewer Commissioners:  The sewer commissioners meet as needed.

Road Planning Committee:  The road planning committee meets as needed.

Recreation Department:  The recreation department meets as needed.

Airport Advisory Committee:  The airport advisory committee meets as needed.

Oosoola Park Committee:  The Oosoola Park Committee meets as needed.

Mass Gathering Committee:  The mass gathering committee meets as needed.

Water District:  The water district committee members meet on the 1st Thursday of every month at 12:00 noon at the water district office.

FEBRUARY 2012

2/1/12 - Selectmen's meeting at 6:00 pm.

2/2/12 - The Codes Enforcement Officer Frank Tracy will be in the Town Office from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.  You can reach him during those hours by calling the Town Office at 207-634-2252.

2/2/12 - The professional assessor, Donna Hays will be in the town office from 8:30am to 4:00pm.  She does leave the office at times throughout the day so if you  need to see her, please call the town office at 634-2252 to schedule a time to meet with her.

2/9/2012 - The Front Desk at the Town Office will be CLOSED all day today for training.  The Codes Enforcement Officer and the Assessing Agent, will be here for any business you may have with them.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.  We will open for our regular scheduled hours tomorrow, Friday, February 10, 2012.
