The lights have now gone out for the last time. The old bridge was closed on Jauary 15, 2009. A temporary bridge is in use until the new bridge is complete, scheduled for sometime in 2011. Picture updates can be seen on our picture page.(testing)

RABIES ALERT!!! A rabid raccoon has been picked up on Welch Street. Keep an eye on your pets and report any changes in behavior to the Animal Control Officer at 441-7121.
2010 Dog licenses are in. All 2009 licenses expire on December 31, 2009. All dogs 6 months and older must be licensed. Bring neuturing certificates and current rabies certificates at time of registration. A $15.00 fine will be assessed as of February 1, 2010 on unlicensed dogs.
Real Estate Taxes: Taxes were due by September 14, 2009, interest is accruing daily on all unpaid accounts.
Effective November 1, 2009 there will be a charge for insurance cards faxed to the town office. See fees on this website under Departments Administration.
